In the movie The Day After Tomorrow Dennis Quaid’s character tells a panel of scientists that an ice age is a probable paradox to Global Warming. This makes for great cinematic drama but is there any real truth to this?  Researchers Terrence Joyce and Lloyd Keigwin of the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution think so.
